Return Policy

Adya Living Water, LLC takes pride in offering the highest quality product, fastest turnaround and friendliest customer care. If you have any problems with merchandise purchased from us, please feel free to contact our Customer Care Team at any time.

Due to the nature of this product, please be advised that returns will be ONLY be accepted if the product is damaged during delivery. Notification of damage must be made clear to us with-in 48 hours of delivery.

All returns or exchanges must be approved by Adya Living Water, LLC in the form of a return authorization number prior to the return or exchange being processed.

All unauthorized returns will be immediately refused and returned to sender. Returned items for exchange will be credited to original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. Please allow 5-7 business days for receipt and processing of your return.

No returns outside of the above mentioned policy will be accepted.
